Joy Dukes Owner/President

Being born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland gives me a unique prospective as a local business owner. I’m not only committed to operating a business that is socially responsible but also one which contributes to bring vitality to the community that we serve.  With over 27 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry I have developed a passion and a purpose for providing my clients with an exceptional experience that is non-negotiable. 


Stanley C. Dukes Owner/Executive Chef

Beginning his culinary career in the military, Chef Stanley has provided the United States Army with over four decades of Great Service and Great Food. Graduating from the Baltimore International Culinary Institute in 1987, he launched a successful career with Giant Food and has been show cased on many area news broadcasts such as NBC 4, FOX 5, and WBAL to name a few. 


In addition, Chef Stanley still actively serves in our nations military.


Brittany Cheatham, Event Coordinator

Also a Maryland native, Brittany has a love for event and meeting planning. She steps up and takes charge of coordinating all the details required to ensure an event runs smoothly and successfully. As our In-house event coordinator, Brittany keeps a tab on your event's needs, wants, and budget. You can expect a well-executed variety of events for your organization's sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation, and/ or any special event.
