Joy Dukes, President/ Owner


Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland gives me a unique prospective as a local business owner. I’m not only committed to operating a business that is socially responsible but also one which contributes to bring vitality to the community that we serve.  With over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry I have developed a passion and a purpose for providing my clients with an exceptional experience that is non-negotiable.


In late 1992, I accepted a position as a restaurant manager for Kentucky Fried Chicken National Company and discovered a passion for hospitality. Not long after joining the fast food industry I realized that in order to be successful in the hospitality industry, it would be necessary to diversify into other areas of management so I left the fast food industry after three years and accepted a position as a dietary manager for a local hospital.


In 2007 I formed A. L. Dukes, Inc., a food service contract management company, and purchased my first restaurant and became an owner. For the past six years I have successfully owned and operated a local franchise. Not resting on the success of a single unit, in 2010, Dukes Culinary Services, Inc was formed which provides off-site catering services throughout the Maryland. My brother and I have created a brand that provides a full-service mobile catering service that is a one-of-a-kind on site service second to none.


Stanley C. Dukes – Partner/ Executive Chef


Beginning his culinary career in the military, Chef Stanley has provided the United States Army with over four decades of Great Service and Great Food. Graduating from the Baltimore International Culinary Institute in 1987, he launched a successful career with Giant Food and has been showcased on many area new broadcasts such as NBC 4, FOX 45, and WBAL to name a few.


In addition, Chef Stanley still actively services in our nation’s military.

Daniel J. Dukes – Director of Media and Technology


Being a media maven, Daniel can take care of all of your technical needs! No sound? No problem! Need a movie or a slide show to play during your event? No problem! With his professionalism, thrive for completion, and strive for perfection, Daniel has you covered. He will give 110% to ensure your event is “Virtually” flawless and lives up to your every expectation.


Brittany A. Cheatham – Event Coordinator


Also a Maryland native, Brittany has a love for event and meeting planning. She steps up and takes charge of coordinating all of the details required to ensure your event runs smoothly and is a great success. As our in-house event coordinator, Brittany keeps a tab on your business meetings, employee appreciation party, and/ or any special events.
